Christopher Judge Hopeful the Actor Playing Kratos in God of War Show 'Loves the Big Guy' as Much as the Fans 1

Earlier in the week, Christopher Judge, who portrays Kratos in the Norse God of War games, was rumoured to be in talks to reprise the part in Amazon Prime's live action TV adaptation.

He effectively debunked this on social media, garnering a lot of attention in the process; his X post has been viewed over 11 million times.

Judge has since followed up on this, providing a little more commentary on the show and his thoughts on it.

Sharing his gratitude for the popularity of his post, he shares his view on the part of Kratos in the Amazon show.

"I can’t pretend to know who is gonna be cast, but I hope, (if it’s not me) that whomever it is loves the big guy as much as we all do," Judge says.

In other words, he wants the person who plays the part to truly care about the character. Indeed, it would be a shame for the person playing Kratos to barely know who he is, though we trust they will do their due research at least.

Anyway, Judge once again suggests it won't be him picking up the Leviathan axe, so we're still none the wiser as to who will.

With production to kick off properly pretty soon, we imagine official news about casting choices will arrive in the coming weeks.
