We go into this weekend knowing the PS5’s price and release date, which was information we had no idea about last time out. As such, we can’t help but feel some sense of relaxation, as we settle down for our Saturday and Sunday gaming sessions.

It's a weekend of mystery, with visual novel/adventure/RPG The Council! So far I Just finished episode 1, and it's really awesome abd really something different!

I'm spending my time with another open world epic, cowboys not monster hunters though. Taking as long as I can within Chapter 4 in Red Dead Redemption 2. Dutch is waiting but he can continue to, I've got pelts and treasure to find as well as helping out the odd stranger I meet down the trail.

I don't think I'm willing to spend £450 in a hurry just to play Spiderman MM, which is also now available on PS4. Cyberpunk 2077 looks to be the craziest end of year game coming and it's not even natively on PS5 so. For the weekend still wrapping up trophies for Dishonored 2, I'm 91% close to plat. On my 2nd playthrough of TLOUII, then it's more RDRII, PES2020 and probably FIFA 20.
Taking a 1 or 2 weeks break from playing ghost of tsushima, this game is just too big. Yes I can play only the story but I can't stop myself from exploring, I have to chase every fox and bird, finish every friend quests and sidequests, and explore all of tsushima lol.
I'm playing spelunky 2 on ps4 right now, and it's every bit as good as the first one, I think it's even better. Nearly every defeat is hilarious, I didn't know I'm not supposed to take the turkey from it's cage 😂
Having a blast from the past with The Division on PS4 and over on Xbox I'm working through the brilliant Lego DLC for Forza Horizon 4 and some Ninja Gaiden 2. Happy gaming all!
I work today but am off tomorrow. It's hard to say if I'll play anything but some Avengers with friends a little this evening. I platted Fairytail on Tuesday and am not sure what game I'm going to play along side Avengers. Live service games are fun but they will never completely suck you in. Leaning towards going back to God of War clean up.
I got the World of Cyberpunk 2077 book today so I'll be reading that and making the 2 month wait for the game even more unbearable. I also got GreedFall on sale and am enjoying it, janky as it is.

Red Dead Online because it looks absolutely beautiful on my new TV. I'll also be rewatching that cracking Postcards From Night City trailer for the umpteenth time. Jackie on the dancefloor never gets old.
In between episodes of the excellent documentary 'Challenger: The Final Flight' I will be playing Spelunky 2, I am hooked but it is absolutely kicking my arse.

So I'm having a look at Plats I almost have and going back and finally finishing them. Starting my 2nd playthrough of P4G on Vita. Dipping into a bit of Spiderman, hoovering up those goddamn pigeons and finishing my last house in House Flipper.
Making my way through my second playthrough of Dragon's Dogma on Hard. Also aiming to play some more of the council as I fancy something detective.

I finally started playing Final Fantasy VII Remake during the week so am mostly playing that. I’m enjoying it so far, which is a contrast to how I felt when it first came out all those years ago (I think I called it the most overrated game ever at the time!). Also playing some Hotshot Racing, and New Super Lucky’s tale, which I’ve almost finished. If I get time I may start Persona 5 Royal which came in the post yesterday.
Just the Usual I’ve been playing on PS4. Dragon Crown Pro, Samurai Shodown, and Street Fighter V. I really do need to get in another game on there.
Crysis Remastered which is downloading as we speak ! Can't wait

Finally reached Act III of Ghost of Tsushima. I'm on hol for a week so I will probably see the ending in a few days. If I don't get too distracted in the new photo-tempting snowy scenery.
Hopefully all the things I wanted to last weekend but ended up just playing Yakuza Kiwami 2, on the final 2 missions of clan creator.

It's been a busy week, so time for me to sit back, relax, and play lots of games this weekend. I'll be carrying on with Yakuza 0 (and Out Run), Persona 1, Bravely Second, and Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.
Hi there fellow gamers. This weekend I´l be continuing playing trough Control first dlc, The Foundation. Just finished the main game two days ago and it was fantastic. Such a good game. I highly recomended it.
Then I´ll go hacking my way in San Francisco bay area in Watch Dogs 2 on PC. It´s a pretty good open world game.
And finally some more Bravely Second on Switch. Loved the first ones and loving this one so far.

I haven't played Ghost of Tsushima in a few weeks, so I'll probably get back into that. I also want to check out this new Call of Duty alpha. Not sure what else beyond that, but have a great weekend everyone!
Darksiders remastered.
Started it long time ago but more interesting games came out and focused on those instead. But having them completed I figured to finish this one as well.
Must admit, enjoying it as much as the original.
On my 2nd play through of last of us 2, going for the plat, only got a couple more artifacts to find and it's mine lol. Have to say I'm enjoying it much more on the 2nd play through, I did enjoy it the first time but I think I was so hyped for it that I was a little underwhelmed at the finish, but now that I have already finished and know what is coming I'm enjoying it a bit more without the hype I had first time around. After this might go for the plat in either god of war or Spiderman, but not sure as of yet. And maybe one or two rounds of cod alpha, played a few yesterday it was fun, but might wait for the ps5 version before getting it.

@Adol_Xin Never heard of The Council but I just looked it up and it seems like something different I would like. Keeping it in the back of my mind when I need a break from open world rpg's.
I'm having a lot of fun with Wastelanders 3. Seem to enjoy the characters and dialogue that inXile creates. Makes me chuckle. Still have to get back to Ghost of T. I have never been able to finish any open world game. Just so much to do. Even if I like the game.
Dropping my daughter to university for the first time today so a pretty proud and sad day in equal measures. Think I'll play some cod cold war alpha so I don't need to concentrate

Still having a blast with Far Cry 5! Love the setting, characters, gameplay, gunplay. The missions are varied (especially going by Ubisoft standards) and hilarious sometimes. I'm actually hyped for Far Cry 6 (can't believe I just typed it).
Playing Battle Chaser Nightwar, also plan to play a bit more of Hotshot Racing.

Far cry 5 was my return to far cry after a very long break. I absolutely loved it! If you enjoyed 5, you will like new dawn as well!
Still making slow progress in Ghost of Tsushima. I think taking short breaks from the game are helping to keep the open world from getting too stale. I continue to love the game.
Started Danganronpa V3 on the Vita. It feels good to get back into the wacky world of high school intrigue.

Ditto for me. Last Far Cry I enjoyed was 2 (unpopular opinion, I know). I loved the realistic setting and good plot. The same can be said about FC5. I didn't like FC3 and 4 (another unpopular opinion). Vaas made me laugh, if anything. I'm going to have to look into New Dawn, thanks!

Finished TLOU2 this week. I compare it to watching a really good Netflix series with compelling characters, lots of character development and interesting story beats. It was very dark and I’m not sure I can say I enjoyed it.
It’s clearly genius but was it fun? I’m not so sure...
So I’m now playing my way through ratchet and clank which is most definitely just fun.
Ghost of Tsushima is probably next on my list

Still going with RDR2. Got the 100% achievement and now dipping my toes into the online arena with a healthy handful of trophies. My posse is The Bone Tomahawks led by Snake Macready (Yep, that'll be 3 Kurt Russell references in one, folks!) so if anyone wants to join up and partake in some good old fashion rootin' tootin' shootin' then feel free as I'm still finding my feet, spending all my cash on dogs or horses and subsequently getting shot way too often!
Still need to finish Ghosts of Tsushima and get the platinum aswell.
I started playing Marvel's Avengers last weekend and was planning to resume playing that today...however now that I know it's getting a PS5 upgrade this November, I shall hold off and wait.
In the meantime, I think I shall resume my playthrough of Life is Strange 2...or maybe start an older game in my backlog, unsure.
