Sony's not ignoring the holidays this year, as it's just announced that the biggest brand in its stable will hit the PlayStation 4's starting grid from 15th November in North America and 18th November in Europe. That's right, the platform holder's just confirmed during a press conference in London that Gran Turismo Sport is on track for release later this year – PlayStation's top brass will be rubbing their hands in anticipation.
There's tons of information breaking about this game right now, and we're taking a little time to parse it all for you. The headlines, however, are that the game will feature a livery editor, a more focused selection of vehicles, and a new track based upon Tokyo's highways. We'll have much more on this game over the course of the day, including tonight's livestream which will feature an all-new trailer from the hotly anticipated release.

That's great hopefully it don't get delayed. I have a feeling it won't be which to me means the horizon delay is likely legit.
Looks awesome visually.
Awesome for the people who like these type of games but they don't appeal to me at all. I wish we got more Mario Kart-like games... With color and joy.
This game will prove that they should've ported GT6 and work on a proper GT7 instead. This game looks like GT6 does on my PS3 and like GT6 the handling is spot on. And although I always prefer GT's handling when compared to Forza's, it's hard not to focus on all the other stuff Forza does better.
I'll stick to GT6, where my Logitech G27 does work, and wait till there is a game that can top that feel only GT nails; everyone can make a engine roar on a stretch (expect for Polyphony ), but only few can master that feel you get when taking a corner that GT6 masters.
I thought this was a free to play thing?
@viciousarcanum What made you think that?
@get2sammyb
I've been thinking this may be a free to play title as well, I hope that I'm wrong......but some indicators, it's a GT offshoot, and it won't replace 7 (so what's the point?), the vehicles come in four "packs".......I dunno. Like I said, I hope not.
@sub12 I noticed the game was available for pre-order on Amazon a couple of months ago for $60 so it can't be free-to-play unless they decide to change it.
@WanderingBullet
Got you, hopefully that's the case, I would buy it now that Driveclub has dried up.
Yeah, it's definitely a "full price" retail release.
Return of the king right here !!!
Probably gonna delay as well.. Because there is still none of PS4 AAA Exclusive can be delivered on time this gen...
@get2sammyb it sounded more like a service than a proper game when they announced it (hence it NOT being GT7)...one that wouldn't last too long either!
