You will pick up this Favour as part of the story, after completing Reunion. After Kratos and Atreus' exploits in Helheim, several Hel Tears have opened up in other realms, letting through nasty baddies to cause trouble. It's your job to find and deal with them all.

How and Where to Find All the Hel Tears

In order to complete this Favour, you need to find all the Hel Tears and get rid of them.
