Atsu's Song

You start the game with this Shamisen Song

Song of Spirit

In the northwest corner of the Yotei Grasslands, you'll find a place called Master Hejiro's Garden
Here, you can find multiple places to trigger events in the past
Eventually, Heijiro will appear in the present and you'll learn a new Song

Song of Shrines

Unlocked when you make Camp and a Settler visits you
It's not clear what the exact trigger for this Camp event is, but we got it when we made Camp near a Shrine

Song of Well-Being

When in Ishikari Plain, go to the northwestern cliff edge, west of Rumoi River
Here, look for a kite up in the sky
This marks the Shamisen Practice area
Go here to learn the new Song

Song of the Wolf

Ghost of Yotei: All Shamisen Songs and How to Get Them Guide 10 — *Image: Push Square*

Unlocked after completing a certain number of Wolf Dens
For us, this Song unlocked after finishing 4 Wolf Dens

Song of Revenge

When exploring Tokachi Range, look for a forest area north of Shizunai Woods
You'll find the Musician's Camp here
Give a donation to the ronin playing by the water, then play your Shamisen for him
This will begin a Tale called Those Who Leave
Go to the camp with the ronin and compose the song

Song of Vanity

When exploring Teshio Ridge, look for a mountain directly west of the Red Crane Inn
There'll be a kite on the top of it to indicate that a new Shamisen Song can be learned
Climb to the top and interact with the prompt

Song of the Ainu

In Tokachi Range, go to the Ainu's Musican Camp at Yubari Lake and complete the Tales Quest called The Soul of an Instrument
Next, when in Nayoro Wilds, complete the Tales Quest called A Melody of Thoughts at the Cukpet Hills Campsite
At the end of this quest, you'll learn the Song of the Ainu
