Journal #1: Unknown

• Enter The Canvas and take the Dessendre family portrait
• Leave the area and find a way to reach The Manor, with one way of doing it being the door in the Gestral Village
• Once in The Manor, go up the first flight of stairs from the Rest Point
• On the landing, insert the Dessendre family portrait into the empty space on the right side
• This will open a door in the back of the dining / living area
• Go to that room to find the Journal
