and happy retirement. Plenty great games to play whilst you count down to GTA6, what are some of your other favourite games?

Hi, thanx for the welcome, I do like open World, so RDR1/2 were faves, also dabbled in Far Cry, Fallout, and love racing games, so played all the Gran Turismo games.
Was well into Minecraft when it first came out, but not so much lately.
Plus of course, plenty of FPS, eg: COD, Black Ops, Battlefield, etc. and most old Nintendo games, Mariokart, etc plus had a few X boxes too....
I used to have a framed ZX Spectrum on my wall, and still have a framed Gameboy on my wall.... Lol...
But TBH I'll have a play of any game really.

A warm welcome @pjgtech, I’m hyped for you to get stuck in to your box-fresh PS5 Pro! 🤞 that R* can work their magic and somehow engineer a 60 fps Pro mode for GTA6.

I’ve only really played Ghost of Yotei as a showcase for the Pro as of yet (been losing the fight with my backlog for years!) but it was stunning in every way, so you could do a lot worse than playing that. The recent Cyberpunk 2077 Pro patch is apparently incredible, so that could also be an option… then theres this years offerings - Resi 9, Saros, Pragmata, Nioh 3. The upcoming Bond game 007 First Light maybe? The industry might seem on its last legs in many ways… but the quantity and quality of games rn is quite remarkable. I’ll look forward to hearing all about what ever it is you decide to debut your new machine with.

A belated welcome to @pjgtech and I hope you're enjoying your shiny new PS5 Pro! Seeing you're a fan of open world games, I'd wholeheartedly second the recommendation that you check out Ghost of Yōtei. I also hope GTAVI doesn't disappoint when it eventually arrives. Have fun!

Some of them were really hard to pick, others were no brainers.

@Oram77 Nintendoggos was a surprise, also I didn't expect that as your Favorite Antagonist but I haven't played so it's impossible to know. Does Overhated mean people hate it in high numbers but you don't? I haven't played many of those, but the ones I have I definitely agree, best Retro might be my pick too, best Soundtrack is a hard one. I think Everybody's Gone to The Rapture and The Invincible might rate high on my one. Everyone Should Play is one I'd pick too, best Childhood one would be LittleBigPlanet, Favorite Protagonist might be impossible but I did like the woman from Control I related to her in ways and that never happens, Biggest Personal Impact might Spiritfarer, Turn My Brain Off must be Vampyre Survivors I think, Best With Friends would be Palworld because those Pals are my friends, Favorite Art Style is really hard, Favorite Game I think that might be Minecraft, Needs a Remake just one is nigh on impossible, Best Combat I scrolled all my games played and came up blank because most seem so tame, perhaps a Fromsoft game. Best Story I think Everybody's Gone to The Rapture again. Or Edith Finch.
