@HallowMoonshadow I used to read everything about video games, but I struggle to care about PC ports or the price of GTA. But you just can't build a profitable website like PushSquare only around what I care about.

I get some of my news elsewhere these days, but I still love Push's review, though!

Hi, noob to this site, but not a noob to gaming. I go all the way back to the Atari 2600 and the ZX Spectrum! I used to collect games consoles for many years, but got rid last time we moved house to de-clutter! Had pretty much every console over the years. Been rocking the PS4 for the last few years, but as one of my fave games ever (The GTA series) looks like it'll be releasing GTA6 later this year, it was time for an upgrade. Therefore I have just (today) treated myself to a new PS5 Pro. So any good tips would be welcomed. Hope to join in the forums as much as I can. I'm recently retired (61) so have more free time to "play", Lol....

Hi, thanx for the welcome, I do like open World, so RDR1/2 were faves, also dabbled in Far Cry, Fallout, and love racing games, so played all the Gran Turismo games.
Was well into Minecraft when it first came out, but not so much lately.
Plus of course, plenty of FPS, eg: COD, Black Ops, Battlefield, etc. and most old Nintendo games, Mariokart, etc plus had a few X boxes too....
I used to have a framed ZX Spectrum on my wall, and still have a framed Gameboy on my wall.... Lol...
But TBH I'll have a play of any game really.
Used to love the Wii

A warm welcome @pjgtech, I’m hyped for you to get stuck in to your box-fresh PS5 Pro! 🤞 that R* can work their magic and somehow engineer a 60 fps Pro mode for GTA6.

I’ve only really played Ghost of Yotei as a showcase for the Pro as of yet (been losing the fight with my backlog for years!) but it was stunning in every way, so you could do a lot worse than playing that. The recent Cyberpunk 2077 Pro patch is apparently incredible, so that could also be an option… then theres this years offerings - Resi 9, Saros, Pragmata, Nioh 3. The upcoming Bond game 007 First Light maybe? The industry might seem on its last legs in many ways… but the quantity and quality of games rn is quite remarkable. I’ll look forward to hearing all about what ever it is you decide to debut your new machine with.

A belated welcome to @pjgtech and I hope you're enjoying your shiny new PS5 Pro! Seeing you're a fan of open world games, I'd wholeheartedly second the recommendation that you check out Ghost of Yōtei. I also hope GTAVI doesn't disappoint when it eventually arrives. Have fun!
