So i'm somwhat new to downloading games compared to buying the actuall disk and i recently got a PS vita with a 8GB memory card and filled it up quickly. this resulted in me having to delete games to make room for new ones. most recently Tearaway after i beat it. I noticed though that when i went back to the Tearaway on the PS Store on my vita to re download it again beacause i was in the mood to play a little it showed the buy icon instead of the download icon. I already purchased the game so i'm wondering do i have to pay for it again? Thanks for any help.

If you've paid for it once, you never have to pay for it again - that goes for any game you buy from the store. But this only applies to your account - not other accounts on that same device.

Instead of looking at where the download/buy icon is, try using the download list. In the bottom right hand corner of your screen, while on the store, there should be a little grey bubble with "..." on it (without quotation marks). Tap that, and there should be a "download list" option. Like the name suggests, this shows all of the things that you've downloaded from the store in the past. Simply find what you want to download again, and click on the download button.

It should be on your purchase list, just tap the black icon on the bottom right corner and you should find the purchase list, where you should be able to find Tearaway available for download without extra charge. If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting Sony as you shouldn't have the buy the game again, as you can download it as many times as you want.
