Topic: Electronical help needed :( How to charge the fan with 5V?

So: I've aquired a PS5 with broken Fan port, it's so damaged I'm unable to reach the PWM connection.

I am able to get ground and +12V but not PWM When I supply the PWM with 3V, the fan won't start. When I fuse the +12V with PWM the fan runs at full speed all the time (12V). When I supply the PWM and + both with 3V, the fan won't start.

So far I can only run it at full speed (12V) or it won't start at all... I am wondering if plugging the PWM and + to 5V (for example from USB) would make the fun run at around half speed?
