The Best Star Wars Battlefront Games Are Coming to PS5, PS4

These are two of my all-time favorite and most-played games. I'm ecstatic about this bundle. They must have read my mind, because I've been thinking about Battlefront recently because of how much Helldivers II reminds me of it.

These games were my childhood. Played it constantly on PS2 and PSP. A lot of memories of Bespin Platforms and Mygeeto.

Guys will see this and just think "This is where the fun begins"

Helldivers 2 may have finally set a reset trend in the industry when it comes to multiplayer, people just want to have fun! Can't wait to return to this classic experience!

@mrtennis1990 Most online games these days are about grinding for cash in-game, and most of them miss the fun factor these old games had. I only play Hell Let Loose for the laughs with my friends, now it's time for some old school Battlefront!

There must be some mad game preservation obsessed employee within Disney.

I would not have expected to see this level of dedication to keeping classics playable, especially at a mega corp like Disney but over and over again, they keep releasing classic titles on new consoles. Hell they're holding up the entire PS Plus Premium catalog

I screamed.when I saw this. Battlefront 2 is one of my childhood classics! All I need now is SSX Tricky, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and I can die happy 😊😊

The OG Battlefront 2 is easily one of my favourite Star Wars games and so excited to the OG Battlefront games again especially with Online support

That's so cool. I never got to play these online and 65 player MP sounds amazing. That really sells the collection. I will totally get this.

This was the most exciting announcement for me in the Nintendo Direct. Glad to hear it’s coming to PlayStation as well. Could go for some split-screen co-op Galactic Conquest with my niece, like we did years ago.

Just wish it was out today. It’d be a good replacement to tide us over while we wait for Helldivers 2 to straighten itself out.

Not the two PSP titles? That's a disappointment. Unless they are going to bring them via the classic game initiative that has seen a bunch of others come to PS4/5.

Guessing these are the ones that dont have micro transactions which is why people are so hyped?

This is a remaster just like the TombRaider collection released by the same developer.

I played the heck out of both of these on PC back in the day. I was terrible at it but still contributed.

I've gotten used to an controller since then, so I'll probably do much better now.

These games were my childhood and to have them release on modern consoles with trophy support is amazing. I am only holding out on pre ordering it until I know which version has the platinum. See you on the battlefront troopers.
