A Bungie game on a Sony console? It's madness! These were the thoughts floating through most people's heads when the former Halo developer revealed that its multiplayer offering Destiny would be coming to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. And the madness continues, with a recent PlayStation Blog post confirming that Sony players will be the first to gain access to the online shooter's beta.
As previously announced, you'll have to pre-order the game at certain retailers to nab a spot in the exclusive online test. And while there's still no concrete date set, we know that it will begin sometime in early 2014.
In yet more madness, Bungie released a PS4 launch trailer for the game, which shows some action packed in-engine footage. Will you be pre-ordering Destiny in the hopes of making it into the beta? You're destined to leave a comment below.

I'll be pre-ordering on PS3 since I don't own a 4 yet. But yeah this game looks great, ever since I first saw it at the PS4 reveal I knew I wanted to check it out.
We really need to see more of this - I don't think a one minute trailer after this long really cuts it.
What I've seen so far is very good. I'm kind of tempted to pre order but i'll probably wait for reviews whenever that may be.
the first game i buy for the ps4 well, the indies first but this will be the first actual retail game i buy !!!!!!
i went to gamestop today (launch day after mass sold out of ps4s) and checked out the back of the box(pre-order box) for 2 screenshots i haven't seen yet and some details so if you stop by your gamestop i suggest checking out the box.
Mine is pre ordered, and beta code entered! Can't wait to play this!
