Nariko and Sir Daniel Line Up in New PlayStation All-Stars Videos

Here comes a new challenger
Sony has released a couple of new PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale videos, focusing on fresh arrivals Nariko and Sir Daniel Fortesque. The characters are currently on display on the PAX Prime 2012 showfloor, where the platform holder is giving the game a massive push.
According to a PlayStation Blog post, Nariko focuses heavily on combo attacks. She can queue up manoeuvres, making her particularly adept in both attack and defence. “She also has several projectile attacks to harass opponents from a distance,” added community manager Dan Maniago. “During her level 3 super, Nariko uses the full power of the Goddess to devastate the battlefield.”
Meanwhile, Sir Daniel Fortesque is a crowd control character capable of building lots of AP in combat. “He brings several weapons to the battle including his axe, chicken drumstick, crossbow, and even his various skeletal appendages, all taken directly from the MediEvil series,” explained Maniago. “His super attacks are more magical in nature, summoning the power of his lightning orb, Golden Chalice, and even Zarok’s Anubis Stone to knock out opponents.”
We’re particularly pleased with the addition of Sir Daniel Fortesque, as the skeletal hero was on our wishlist when the game was first announced. Now we just need the mannequin from Echochrome to make an appearance, and we’ll be satisfied with the roster.

I'm starting to get really worried about this game's balancing.

@Slapshot To be fair, they have a good team working on it!

Sir Dan looks like fun. Nariko looks a lot like Kratos though. I hope clones are kept to a minimum in this game.

Yes, they do indeed, but there's already some major balancing issues with only a handful of characters, so the more that's piled on, the greater the chances become of a severe problem.
I'm optimistic, but still concerned.
