Tower of Fantasy on PS5 and PS4 does not have crossplay and cross-save with the PC and mobile versions. This is because the game is being developed separately and independently from the pre-existing release.

In a statement, developer Hotta Studio explained: "Recently, Perfect World announced that it will be bringing Tower of Fantasy to PS5 and PS4 game consoles worldwide. We immediately contacted the Perfect World Company to clarify and it confirmed that Tower of Fantasy will be released and operated as a stand alone version of the game on the PlayStation platform. This means that there will be no cross platform connectivity, as game data from the PlayStation version will not be able to merge or transfer with the PC and mobile versions. Additionally, game progression and in-game items and purchases will not transfer between the PC/mobile and PlayStation versions of the game."

Hotta Studio expressed regret for the decision, adding: "While we wish that the PlayStation version was not an independent journey for Tower of Fantasy players, we will do our best to continue to optimise our PC and mobile gaming experience and deliver new and engaging content for you to enjoy."

While it's possible crossplay and cross-save could potentially be added at a later date, it's looking highly unlikely at the time of publication. However, we'll of course update this article should the situation change.
