What Ails You: Walkthrough
What Ails You begins when you speak to Fanet. She'll ask for your help to find a way to cure her patient.
Head over to Pavaat and speak to him. He'll tell you to speak to Blasir — follow the marker to him and talk to him. After that, return to Fanet.
You'll next need to head north out of the village to an area called The Green Altar. As you get there, a brief cutscene will introduce some enemies you'll need to get rid of. Once dealt with, approach the altar and inspect it. Afterwards, return to Fanet in Haven and speak to her to end the quest.
