KOF games are always the same, you pick a team of three fighters and fight somewhere between 6 to 8 other teams before reach the boss character. So yeah, your standard arcade mode, KOF style.
Guilty Gear Revelator will most likey have a good mix of features as well.
First time I've actually seen the game in action. Gotta say it looks pretty cool. I know the graphics have been a talking point, but I don't think they look bad. Maybe not "next gen" quality, but not horrible.

The graphics could still use work, but I think the actual gameplay looks very promising. Some of the directors from Dimps who worked on SF4 are on the job for this one, and it shows.
Have to give this game some love, since I don't think any of the Push Square guys will.
@sub12:
Never played much KoF to be honest. Tried a demo years ago but never really got into it. But, I'm actually interested in giving the series a real try now after the disappointment of SF V. It certainly sounds promising with 50 fighters. There will be content I just hope this time, giving it a very fair go, that the gameplay will click with me.
Right, I would love to bum rush the Capcom HQ and scream "what the f**k were you thinking?! You greedy f**ks......"
Note, I think SFV has everything down solid when it comes to presentation and gameplay, by why are you making me wait 6 months to a year to actually have the quantity of features it should have had on day one.
Still no Mai? Probably just a matter of time when she is confirmed. The game is looking pretty good IMO. SNK might have a really good fighter here if they took notes from all the backlash that Capcom has got.

Mai confirmed in the roster leak. Most likely accurate as well because it shows the new character but pre-dates her unveiling. SNK Playmore just hasn't shown Mai yet.
My team is usually Iori, Terry Bogard, and Yuri Sakazaki.
If there's one thing I'm really hoping this game has, it's a killer soundtrack. Listened to some of 2002 Unlimited's soundtrack, and it's sooooo good. KOF knows how to bring the music, for sure.

One of my favorites has to be the arranged version of Goodbye Esaka from 2000. Great stuff.

9th trailer up, introducing Athena (SNK staple mascot, had her own arcade game which was popular in Japan during the mid 80's), and two brand new created characters, Nelson and Luong.
Trailer number 10, Geese Howard (think of him as Fatal Fury's M. Bison, except he's an evil American millionaire who use to be a crooked cop, he also killed Terry Bogard's father).
Also, Ryo, from the Art of Fighting series (the guy that was used as a slight against SF by an ex Capcom employee, who was partly the creator of the 1987 SF, which in turned caused Capcom to create Dan Hibiki to make fun of Ryo and Robert Garcia, Roberts head, Ryo's body).
It will be a day one buy me for as well, but KOF's main areas of success are in China/Taiwan, Japan and Korea, as well as central and south America. In NA and Europe, it's not really well known.
But yeah, KOF14, Tekken 7 and GG Xrd Revelator will help to mend the dissapointment of SFV (which I'll revisit whenever they meet some key criteria's in content).
Love the trailers. Luong kinda reminds me of Chizuru and Duo Lon for some reason.
And of course, Geese Howard. Predictabo! He was portrayed the only way he could be in that trailer, like a pain in the rear. You say he's M. Bison, I say he's Heihachi.
Thin game can definitely win people that were burned by SFV over. I can see the headlines: "A real fighting game is here, and it's taking SF's crown".
