The other day while playing Tetris Effect the sound cut off, and about a minute later the image froze & the headset itself shut off.
All I had to do was turn the headset back on and I was able to complete my session like nothing had happened (the PS4 had paused the game), but man was that scary!
Has anything similar happened to anyone else?
