I bought a new PS4 Pro and within one day it doesn’t boot anymore (single beep, powers down, no fan). I’ve tried every ‘non-invasive’ option to get it working with no luck, and I’ve come to the conclusion it needs to be replaced as the machine is likely faulty (I noticed no sound output on the first day and weird clicking noises). Would it be better to a) get a full refund or a new machine from the store I bought it from under warranty or b) get it repaired by Sony themselves? This is my first PS4 pro (had a slim before, never had an issue) - is this a common fault?
Any input would be greatly appreciated as I’m unsure what I should do.
