When im playing a game, my ps4 randomly goes back to, "Switch users" screen. i don't understand why? nothing has changed. now, i am letting my nephew use my ps4 pro but i never had a problem with that console and i just gave it to him a week ago, however he told me it started going back to the, "Switch user" screen. he said it's been happening on his ps4, the older model as well, so that's why i know it's not a hardware issue, as it never happened to me. i guess it's connected to his gamertag or maybe a game he played that's causing this effect? Someone please help me. i don't know what to do and he can't continue playing while that screen randomly takes him back to the switch user screen. i cannot find an answer as to why it's doing this? Any help will be appreciated.
Are you sure you're not using the same account on 2 consoles at the same time? That's the only reason I can think of.
If you want to share games between two consoles you should set the console as "primary" on the account that owns the games and use another user account to play them.
