Topic: Cyberpunk massive drops ps5

I just got my cyberpunk game i order and was playing for a little while last night. I was at the point where you kill Royce at all foods when i dropped to about 10 fps roughly. It sounded like it was going to hardlock with buzzing noise but never did. I restarted and it was fine. I never had a issue so far with the ps5 this is the first time. Has anyone had this issue before ?

@sydneyblue203 it’s just that if any game (at least during recent history) is synonymous for each and every type of technical problem a game can have, it’s Cyberpunk 2077 (even on PS5 using back-compat). So the fact that you’ve encountered the problem you have is… well, par-for-the-course as it were.

@colonelkilgore I just wanted to rule out that my console was to blame.

I've done that sequence several times on ps5 and never experienced a framerate drop like that

@MatthewJP I dont think it was that part in the game but a long session. Have people had this issue at any point playing the game ?
