Title gives the gist of my issue. 2 days ago my account was suspended for hateful messages in a chat. Keep in mind, I have not been using my PS4/now PS5 for anything other than singleplayer games for the past year and a half (AT LEAST). I don't message anyone when I'm on even either. Thats why I'm not understand how I received a 7 day suspension for hateful messaging. I feel like after a certain time frame Sony would no longer care about what was said but I guess if theres something I said 5 years ago that now someone decided to report I can still get banned from it. I'm just worried how this is going to affect my account in the future. Playstation Live Chat also doesn't seem to provide chat logs either, so I'm at a loss for words honestly.
thats sucks, in my country we dont have a call center or any type of attendance. You can try send them a email. Sony games are great but the service sucks, the boxists are far betther than us...
