@jmvalone agree about the opening scenes. The coffins just don't feel very scary when you're running past them in-game. The original anime sequence was far more striking and disturbing.
Having a lot of fun though, I think 8.5 is about right.
@Luvstagrind You can form social links with your party members in P3 but they're all locked behind social stats - you need to max all three which is pretty excessive. Having party members (your best friends!) as your initial and central social links makes much more sense, as they clearly realised by P4. However, social stats aren't as much of a grind in P3 - I'm 20 hours in and 3/5 on them all, so expecting to be able to start levelling S.Links with party members before the halfway point of the game.
@thefourfoldroot1 maybe I'm misreading your comments but I'm not sure what you mean about P5 dungeons not having save points. Every Palace has a bunch of safe rooms that you can save in and fast travel between. You can't quick save anywhere but you're never more than a few minutes away from a safe room and stealth is so easy that you can almost always get to the nearest one without enemy encounters. Or if you have Goho-M items you can even just fast travel to the Palace entrance instantly, and from there to any safe room and save.
@NEStalgia I thought that about the load times too - but actually they're really short, at least on PC. For some crazy reason, the box with the tips text is set by default to display for 10 seconds between each area. If you go into the menu and either set it to "button skip" or switch it off altogether, you'll see what I mean.
@Number09 The story is that British Gas and other energy firms have been advising their customers to switch off their consoles. The fact that they have been doing so has been reported by the BBC in their capacity as a news service. The article mentions the BBC because that is who Pushsquare have picked up this news from.
From the piece: '...energy firms like British Gas have been releasing “advice” to help soften the squeeze on consumers. One such suggestion, as reported by the BBC, is to turn off your game consoles.'
So, you see, the BBC, not being an energy firm, is not telling anyone to do anything. They are merely reporting on the fact that energy firms are telling their customers to do something.
Sorry to labour the point, but it seems necessary considering your posts in this thread.
