Why couldn't they wait a bit so the patch is included on disc?
Why this rush to release a buggy physical copy?

Is there any patch notes?

@lordzand It's bad because they are porting the switch inferior version without modifying the graphics except for the resolution, if it was the ps4 version with the extras I wouldn't mind but paying for a 'ps4' game with ps3 graphics because of the switch, no thank you.This is the reason why we bought a ps4 and will buy a ps5 otherwise we would stick with a ps3.

Haha,so in a few months we are going to buy the ps5 in order to play ps3 quality games just because square enix is lazy and wants quick money lol.
What's the point of the new consoles then?
Just stick with the switch and the ps4 if 'graphics don't matter'.

@Topov81 No one is forcing you to buy them if you already have them and played them.I don't have them and haven't played them so instead going out and buy them for the old system, this package is great for me.

@Matroska I know that but if you have to throw them away you will recycle them, you would not be stupid enough to throw them in the garbage.
On the other hand, how often do you see those DVD cases in the trash compared to daily life necessary products like food,water, coffee etc?

@Matroska Yeah because you buy games on a daily basis and then you throw away the plastic like you do daily with table water oh wait.

@Stocksy Nobody said you can't have BC but all the defenders of it want exclusively BC and not any remakes or remasters like everyone have or can find the old games to play them (in new condition at least).
For example I have the originals jak and daxter but my ps2 is broken and even if it weren't they are crap compared to the hd remaster trilogy.
One more thing is these remasters are not full priced but even if they were nobody is forcing you to buy them day one, you can wait for a sale and buy them at a lower price, most of the times lower than you can find the original ones on Ebay.
Good lack finding a new copy of lost odyssey for cheap now, the only option is to go digital and pay many times over what you would pay for a remastered new version.

Exactly, some people just don't understand, what's the point to play the old game in your new console in its crappy- by today's standards- original form, just look at bayonetta and shadow of the colossus on the ps3 vs the ps4.
We want remasters for the updated graphics and frame rate along with the bug fixes and all the DLC bundle in, not to play the same game with the same problems on our new consoles.
Some people find this very difficult to understand like would you play the original crash bandicoot trilogy or the remake one even if it was BC compatible?

So xbox is 1 ps5+1 ps4, that's not just something insignificant everyone here seems to think.

@Ryall We are talking about ps4 here not PC.
We want it on the ps4.

The saddest thing is that despite being a remake, the game isn't complete on disc without the day one patch.
I noticed many things missing from it(sound effects,the wall behind the elephant is not there and many others) so it's far from being complete.
