Torn on this. With all the other 60fps games around (across multiple consoles/platforms) that I've played recently, 30fps will feel like a large step backwards. I don't care how good it looks, my preference has always been smooth.
It's also interesting that they say targeting 30fps. In other words, little confidence it'll stay there.
Per an earlier comment.... they've had all this time, and couldn't stay with the modern standard of 60fps? Really?
Personally, my day 1 purchase has turned into 'maybe later'.
@NerdyPaul I wouldn’t have said that Facebook and friends are the pinnacle and guarantors of free speech. It makes for a good corporate tagline on their part, but as I’m sure you know, their priorities are elsewhere.

The closer we are to social media being a figment of the past, the better. Adults as well.
Echo chambers for lunatics. Extra pressure on kids to look right, get Likes, Followers, etc. Mass gathering of data to commoditise users.
The ban doesn’t fix everything. But it helps to break the FOMO cycle that indoctrinates and addicts.
