@NEStalgia It doesn't help that headlines like the one here make it sound like there is only generic unisex armor now which is simply not the case. You're absolutely right though, it's just a win for everybody.

@CielloArc If you exclude games that did meet success like God of War Ragnarök, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Alan Wake 2, sure, none of them met success.

@nookie_egg It's definitely a more acquired taste and aims mostly at fans of the very first Digimon World.
Personally I adore it but re-training your Digimon every time on rebirth gets really tedious even if you progressively unlock features that makes this better, it remains tedious for a long time.

@Jaz007 For all intends and purposes it is the same game but with a shiny 2 in front of it. While technically correct, saying it replaces the original is not quite right but it is the used terminology because it's a "sequel" which in itself is just flashy PR talk. I prefer to call it Overwatch Phase 2 for that reason. Going F2P after six years is nothing groundbreaking either, at this point copies are dirt cheap to get anyway.

@Goodlyoak Yeah, she has her own story segment, feels quite weird that a huge chunk of the game seems MIA here.

@UltimateOtaku91 Yes, that is what I am saying, nothing changes. OW1 players "upgrade" to OW2, whether they like it or not.
It's really just a big marketing stunt because having that big 2 gives a lot of attention.
If anything, it only gets worse because future heroes will be Early Access through the Battle Passes, free for everyone in the next season.

Edit: Hmm, the mention of Early Access to heroes has been removed from the PlayStation Blog that mentioned that. Mistake? I don't know but I hope so.

@UltimateOtaku91 It replaces OW1 entirely so nothing really changes other than going F2P with highly questionable monetization models.

@kyleforrester87 This is something I can definitely get behind. With practice I can definitely see this done by many more but why would they want to do this other than for the purpose to challenge one-self? And that's what I find so admirable about it, to beat games in unconventional ways like this.

@TG16_IS_BAE And you're the one invalidating one's achievements based on your own experience. How many people do you know of that have completed games like this in such an absurdly impractical manner? Not many I am sure.
It makes the game unnecessarily more difficult and for that she can be applauded nonetheless.

@FullbringIchigo That's not a fair comparison. The HD remasters of FFX and Kingdom Hearts all had reworked models, graphical effects and almost entirely redone soundtracks. Graphically the handheld Kingdom Hearts titles look especially improved.
