I'm also on a PS4 and struggling. Getting error su-42118-6 that appears during installation of update 9.0.

Crappy part is the network features are blocked so it feels like I am stuck in the dark ages here.

I'm on PS4 pre-order (also out of respect for Bioware) so very excited about this game. Will start my download asap!
