Re: Talking Point: Do You Actually Want to See More Death Stranding?

TheMorrigan578

It's part marketing and Kojima wanting to show more gameplay to those who want more info about the game (based on his recent twitter posts anyway). Nothing wrong with getting more game-play and lore about the world. That said DS is the biggest PlayStation exclusive this year thus it's probably best that anyone getting weary of DS to avoid game sites because we'll going to drowning in promotions about it up to release.

Re: Death Stranding Release Date Confirmed for November 2019

@Shigurui Where? I've look as much as I can about this "coming to PC" statement yet can't find a single source supporting that. It was never once announce that it will be coming to PC. If you can provide a legitimate source I'll believe you but this is basically people saying RDR 2 is coming to PC and we never heard a single word about it since.

Re: Google Poised to Announce Potential PlayStation Competitor

TheMorrigan578

@get2sammyb One difference is that Blockbuster didn’t have a streaming service to counter Netflix while Google will have to deal with competitions that already have streaming or soon to have one. If Google launch a pure streaming console it’ll going to be tough as game streaming is too much in its infancy to be successful. A traditional console similar to the PS4 with streaming on the other hand? I’m definitely interested in that.

Re: UK Sales Charts: Kingdom Hearts 3 Dominates on PS4

TheMorrigan578

@JoeBlogs Kingdom Hearts 3 is not included in the game pass. I own an Xbox and games that were added to the service are mainly old games and those that do get added on release are all indies and games made by Xbox themselves. I think it simply because the vast majority of the KH fan base is on PlayStation and Xbox gamers tend to not buy many Japanese games.

Re: Obsidian Entertainment to Debut New RPG at The Game Awards

TheMorrigan578

@manu0 I don't think they can if there's a contract between Obsidian and Private Division before the acquisition to put it on multiple systems. Obsidian would have to fulfill their part of the bargain in a binding contract they made before being acquired, as with the situation with We Happy Few and Minecraft. That said if the game was never meant to be on the PS to begin with then that’s how it goes.

@BAMozzy Can you show me how you know that Sony got the lowest profits of the three? I can see MS making more as they are a much bigger company but Nintendo earning more profit than Sony is a surprise if true. Base on what I can find Sony made $2.2 billion USD in in the July-September 2018 report while Nintendo made $274.11 million USD in the same period. https://sonyreconsidered.com/sony-q2-2018-earnings-overview-6a7b04ffddd9 https://www.firstpost.com/tech/gaming/nintendo-reports-30-percent-rise-in-profits-in-q2-as-switch-sales-drive-earnings-5471471.html/amp
