Was it just me who couldn't actually find a physical version of Crash 4 for ages? I wanted to buy it new but had to wait months to get a used copy. I've never had that happen before and can't imagine it helped sales.
I've had a nightmare with my internet being unstable. It's entirely the ISP's fault and nothing to do with Remote Play or the Portal but... it's really made me wish that if Remote Play loses connection it automatically pauses the game. Sick of being thrown out and reconnecting only to find I'm dead.
Besides that, it's a hit in our house. My wife's actually started playing games for the first time ever. Getting an hour or so in a night on sim games.
I do a lot of Remote Play and would probably buy this if they can do something about the stability. It's not my internet connection, I've got all that sorted, but 3rd party indie games can crash the whole thing endlessly while 1st Party AAA games play as smooth as silk. Sometimes in the same gaming sesh. There's no consistency and I can only think it comes down to the Developer.
I play a lot of Remote Play but I'd only consider buying this if Sony pushes 3rd Party Developers to consider it more. I can play something like GOW with zero issues but a relatively lightweight Indie can have it dropping out every few minutes. And it's not an internet speed issue or connection either.
@Max_the_German Just turn the notifications off and ignore it?
I like trophies because they give me goals to aim for, maximising my value from a game and keeping my interest in the long term. That being said, I only play games I enjoy and if any trophies become unenjoyed (speed runs, extreme difficulties) I just don't go for them. I have no interest in buying a game just for the trophies.
Adding to the list of unhappy customers. Announce the change first and then implement it. Stacking has been allowed since the start and they even broke down how it would work before making the change.
@twitchtvpat I didn't know that but I'm on a Mac. If you could download to console, it'd be the same as any digital game, surely? I do about 40% of my gaming on Remote Play.
I want to be able to play old games on PS4/5. I'm not really fussed about having a catalogue of modern games but appreciate I'm in the minority there.
I also want to be able to stream it. I was going to purchase PSNow but then found out I couldn't play it via RemotePlay so it was an instant no from me. I think that probably means you'd need to download the games to console.
@Balosi Not really. The copyright is owned by the person who filmed it or, more likely, the Production Company they worked for as their contracts will stipulate they own the copyright for any footage filmed for them. It's just like anything else - music, photos, written content etc. Just flagging to dispel a potential rumour as MGS is prone to.

Re: Astro Bot Sells 1.5 Million PS5 Copies Inside Nine Weeks
@Sergo I'm fairly sure @Th3solution's got it with the trophy data. There's loads of useful data Sony and Developers can mine from it.

@get2sammyb That's good of you. Glad you got I was being intentionally combative.

Bit of a badly timed opening phrase.

Re: Final Fantasy Pixel Collection Getting Physical Anniversary Reprint on PS4
Has anyone found this up for order in the UK yet?
Re: Fallout 4 Next Gen Version Is Out Now on PS5, Xbox, and PC
@YourNameHere No! I wasn't trolling. I wasn't aware of that. Cheers!
Re: Fallout 4 Next Gen Version Is Out Now on PS5, Xbox, and PC
I really want to play these games but I'm terrible at FPS.

Re: PS4 Version Helps Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters Sell Two Million Copies
I'm holding off in the desperate hope they release more physical copies.

Re: PS Plus, PS Now Members Will Be Upgraded to PS Plus Premium for the Duration of Their Longest Subscription
@fluggy Do you have the link to redeem? I've got two PS Plus 12 months subs I need to claim but it won't let me. Thanks!
Re: PS Plus Premium's Classic Games Look 'Great' on PS5, PS4, But Sony's Saying Nothing About the Selection
I'd love it if they added trophy support. Even just basic stuff.
Re: Over-the-Top Crime Caper Sam & Max: This Time Its Virtual Targets PSVR
I adore Sam & Max. I hope this gets a PSVR2 release as I can't justify buying a PSVR now when it's so close to the end of its lifespan.
