Great article. It is refreshing to see companies listen to the "Voice of the Customer". Sony has every reason to be proud of the Dualshock 4: they really did their homework on the ergonomics of the controller design. It feels better than any controller I have ever held, and I am pretty sure I have held or used them all from the Atari 2600 on up.
