Re: PS5 vs Switch 2: Full Tech Specs Comparison

No, it was pretty evident with what the Switch is, that they wanted to do that sooner, but there simply wasn't the tech there yet at a price they wanted to pay. So instead they opted for a go between before they could do so. Considering too, they were recovering the 3ds.

The Wii U pad being rather simlar to the switch with Joycons is highly unlikely to be coincidence.

Way to go, completely missing the fact that people like handheld game consoles.

We get it though, you dont like it, it's "old tech" it's "clearly the worst way to play Cyberpunk" etc, etc. Give it a break man, no one cares anywhere near as much about your opinion as you think they do.

You have literally just described what side quests are, it just so happens that developers have got much better with it.

i think too there is definitely a difference between wrpg & jrpg side quests so bringing in Witcher 3 (which does have brilliant side quests) doesn't seem fair, or Fallout 3 quests, Oblivion etc. Mainly because they're essentially non mainline story quests that you are partaking such is the personal reflection in to the character that you get in wrpgs, this isn't prevelant in jpgs and certainly contributes to them not being of the same quality.

It sounds like P3r has absolutely dire ones that should be better.

Although I do agree side quests could an perhaps should be better across the board.

Or perhaps, flag ones that do not have any remote bearing on characters or to the plot? Or flag ones that do?
For example, FF16's final batch of side quests felt pretty critical to experience to keep you attached and caring about the characters.
