I'd planned a weekend of Rivals with a mate, as we rarely get the chance to play together, so it was a little unfortunate. Made worse due to the fact I gameshare with my spawn, so my ps5 was essentially bricked. But, it was a day... not the end of the world. What definitely needs addressing is Sony's godawful communication and gaming outlets all too quick to jump on the crucification bandwagon. Many, many gamers reacted pathetically and not nearly enough articles have adequately called them out on it.
