Bully's Spiritual Successor Playing Truant on PS5, Console Release Date to be Announced Later 1

Janky American Pie-inspired high school sim Agefield High: Rock the School will deploy on PC from 12th August, with a “console release date to be announced later”.

This spiritual successor to Bully, inspired by the raunchy teen comedies of the late 90s and early 00s, will see you run riot on the Agefield High campus – and its various surrounding towns and villages.

The full game will feature 30+ story missions, open world activities like part-time jobs, and a full school system, ensuring you must commit to classes – or face the consequences.

To fully sell the setting, there’ll be a pop punk soundtrack, although there’s no mention of any licensed tracks. This game needs all the New Found Glory and Blink-182.

Looking at the latest trailer, the game’s definitely nailed the oversaturated look of the era, although an indie dev is at the helm, so the facial animations in particular need work.

To be honest, I think it’s good this is coming to PC first – it’ll give dev Refugium Games a little extra time to iron out the jank, before the game deploys on PS5 at a later date.
