Update []:
The update detailed below is available to download and install now on PS5.
The patch is about 385 MB, so it shouldn't take long to get this refreshed version of Vampire Crawlers ready to roll.
To quickly recap, the update brings Endless mode, card sorting, a view of your entire deck, and much more. You can view the full details of the update through the link.

Original Story: Vampire Crawlers, the dungeon-crawling, card-battling spin on Vampire Survivors, is getting a bunch of new content throughout the rest of the year, Poncle and Nosebleed Interactive have announced.
Following the game's launch in April, the dev team has now released a content roadmap for 2026, teasing a wide range of new stuff to see and do in the productivity-destroying title over the coming months.
Vampire Crawlers will receive three big content updates: Death Parade, Bone Deep, and Curdled Tunnels. These will each introduce a post-game Challenge Stage, in which a new mechanic will be employed.
The challenge mechanic in the first update will put a limit on hand size, for example. Once you've beaten each Challenge Stage, you can then use these challenge mechanics in the main game to make your runs tougher, if you want.
On top of that, each update will add new areas, cards, gems, and arcanas, broadening the possibilities of your builds even more.
As well as all the upcoming new content, a patch will soon arrive on PS5 that introduces lots of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes.
These include:
- Easier access to Quit Game option
- Sorting cards in your hand (by colour or by mana cost)
- Improvements to Jeweller feature
- A new deck view that allows you to see your entire deck of cards
- Endless mode added as an optional post-game challenge
- Grim Grimoire accessible on level-up screen
- Cards on level-up screen will notify if they will evolve with your existing cards (if that evolution has already been discovered)
In short, one of my favourite games of the year will soon be even better, and it'll be getting plenty of fresh content to keep me hooked the rest of 2026.

Hell yeah, been waiting for more Crawlers/details. This game is good light fun, a bit on the easy side (& a bit light on content at launch) so new challenge/endgame content is welcome.
Man I absolutely loved Vampire Crawlers. So addictive and the music is just amazing. Looking forward to more reason to play.
Then I guess Iβll be waiting longer until itβs finished and I can buy it, like I have for BALL X PIT.
I need to play more of this it is pretty fun but never totally got its hooks in me the way some of the other greats in the genre have
Here we go again!
Can't wait what Poncle has up their sleeves for the next Vampire game.
This game is just as much crack as Survivors, Iβve been playing it a lot lately. Iβm just excited for the QoL features, like being able to sort cards by cost or colour (why not both at once?) is something I sorely want to see.
Endless mode finally... it's quite sad that when you build powerful deck the run is over... also monsters die too quick, so fights on floor 3+ are always about 2-3 turns.
Was finally going to look at the Doom The Dark Ages expansion this evening. I guess not now.
Iβve almost finished Ball X Pit so I think this is my next pickup-and-play. Loved Vampire Survivors!
I'm still waiting to finish Soulstone Survivors (which just got a free update) in some ways I prefer it to Vampyre Survivors, blasphemy I know but it's so good. Then there's Halls of Torment and it's DLC (both in the sale right now) and Army of Ruin. Arriving late to Survivors meant there were so many updates and extra DLCs to support the Developer. I think I can hold off a little longer for Crawlers. I tried also Spirit Hunters and a couple of others but it was Soulstone Survivors that really kept me playing.
