@DaveSimonH I'm one of those people. Usually play Xbox but got a PS5 in December and a year of Extra so I could play a load of 1st party games I missed and a few others that were included.
Was considering renewing but there really is no point, especially not with price increases.
This is why for years I've been saying to fanboys that you don't want a specific console maker to be super successful. They typically become profit focused and anti-consumer.
If you like throwing money away for nothing, then more power to you. Sony and Microsoft have both been caught out in the past trying to take too much profit, so I would expect this will come back to bite them.
