I went fully digital with the ps4, I love it, not going back to physical ever again. That said, I have reliable internet and don't care about collectibles, works well for me.

@Bondi_Surfer this looked closer to Horizon Zero Dawn to me. Some elements of it anyway.

I wasn't paying attention to this game because I thought it was just another game like Nioh, which wasn't a bad game, just didn't appeal to me. After watching the gameplay tonight, I'm all in.

Price won't matter for me. I will definitely get one launch ps5, maybe get two if possible. I will wait to see if there will be a ps5 pro or a really nice God of War version or something similar and get one of those too. I have way too much invested in Playstation to even think of switch to Xbox. It's Nintendo Switch and Ps5 for me.

@BAMozzy hopefully they can reduce screen tearing then.

@Real_Obsi yeah that way when my internet is down, I can't play games at all. Sounds awesome....

@BAMozzy You have nailed how this next gen will be. Both consoles are going to hit the 4k 60fps mark fairly easy, the rest of the stuff will just be icing on the cake. Even if the series x or PS5 can hit 4k 120fps, how many of us have tvs that will display it? Hardly any, I have 2 higher end tvs only 2 years old and they only do 1080p 120fps, no way I'm playing on my monitor... If there is a little better ray tracing on series x, the only way we will actually know is by watching digital foundry break it down in ways we will never notice. Series X also won't have any "exclusive" games for it, you can keep using your one x, no need to upgrade immediately. Sony will most likely dominate this gen too. Maybe not here in the US, probably be close to 50/50 but everywhere else it will.

Hate to say it to Phil and MS but their "marketing" so far doesn't even matter. Only us gaming nerds are paying attention right now. 99% of people don't even know these consoles are coming out or what a Tflop is. I brought the PS5 and Series X argument up at work the other day with a group of guys I game with, none of them had any clue either system had been announced.

I have 2 dualshock 4s that I have installed paddles on by myself. A company called extremerate sells a kit called the dawn remap kit. I have installed a few in friends controllers too. I can't play without them now. I got them from Amazon. They are pretty easy to put in, first one took about half an hour, takes about 15 minutes now.

This is the exact same glitch as I Dead Island, I was going to try it to see if it worked. I bet they did it on purpose.

@BLPs organizations like GLAAD seem to need to make these things out to be bigger than they are. I mean, if homosexuality was just fully accepted, organizations like this wouldn't be needed anymore. What if racism just disappeared? Jesse Jackson and AL sharpton would be broke.

@Clamedeus I like it too but haven't played lately, I can't log in and don't get any club points at all then. Once the online is working better, I will be playing alot more
