Incredibly disappointing. I was planning on buying a PS3 this year, and the announcement last night made me decide to wait for a PS4. Now, I'm not sure if I wanna buy a PS3 and wait for a while for a PS4, or buy a PS4 and skip the PS3. I had hoped they learned their lesson about lacking backward compatibility.

I dunno about the touchpad yet. I wasn't sure about it on the Ouya and I'm not sure on the PS4.
