@Korra Good point. I do find there was not enough Bugsnax in this new Final Fantasy game to even warrant a 3/10. I too wouldn't download this on PlayStation Plus. Expedition rules!

@tselliot it's the most negative review on the Internet. This review is appallingly negative paragraph after paragraph, there is clearly issues within Push Square's review structure that needs to be addressed. Rebirth being in the same basket as FoamStars, Suicide Squad, Skull and Bones is a large disservice to all readers of this outlet and all potential customers on PS5. I am beyond dissatisfied with Push Square since 2020 and will no longer consume their material.

@danzoEX @ShogunRok Yeah dude their score system is a complete failure, this review was really negative too, kinda worries me about the game a bit haha - hopefully this reviewer was just having a bad week and was force slogging himself through the games content for working purposes instead of enjoying it like the 99% of consumers who will use product.

I am completely new to the oddworld series. I am playing this game on the PS5 and some aspects of the game blow me away. The story telling, the quality of the cutscenes and the amount of action taking place within a 2d space is all special. I cannot believe Stephen gave this score; it's completely inexplicable to me. You see games from Nintendo coming out with a big-franchise name, far worse than this game; yet they receive nothing lowered than an 8. In no way is this game a 4; I am sorry, this is not accurate journalism. It feels more like a "the world revolves around my nostalgia" and they changed certain aspects for modernization. The game is an 8.5 for me with revolutionary story telling and cutscenes for a 2d platformer. Shame stephen.
