I really enjoyed the trailer. I liked the air of mystery, the nods to 80s sci-fi and real world brands. It all looked amazing and gave us a little bit of incite in to the protagonists motivation.
I loved Uncharted, loved both Last of Us games, so I'm really excited to see what they give us next. From the sounds of it we're to expect action adventure with some depth to the writing. No idea if it'll actually be any good until we're shown a bit more gameplay and what that involves, gameplay loop etc.
What I find odd, is that there are people moaning about the state of the games industry and then clearly wanting this to fail because they don't like something about it.
Don't like the look of it? Don't play it.
Don't like the setting of the game? Don't play it.
Don't like the lead character? Don't play it.
Personally, I'm not a massive fan of Fantasy RPGs or media set in fantasy settings. By that I mean Lord of the Rings type stuff. I simply don't play them or enjoy those kind of worlds. But guess what? I don't spend hours going on YouTube videos of games I don't enjoy, telling everyone why I don't enjoy those games.
Having a preference is fine. Being intolerant is a problem.
I'm still happy on my PS4. I doubt I'll upgrade until the end of the ps5 cycle and the ps6 has been announced. I've done this with every playstation. I then just cherry pick what I want to play from a huge library of games that are usually a lot cheaper too.
I've bought every ps console at the end of its generation cycle so I can cherry pick what I want to play. I won't be buying a ps5 for quite some time, as currently there hasn't been much released on it that's really interested me so far. No doubt that'll change as the generation progresses.
If Naughty Dog have two single player games in development, they'll release them toward the end of the ps5s gen cycle. If one of them is TLOU3 then I'll be super happy. I also hope the 2nd is new idea with new characters and gameplay.
I loved one. Two was the most original idea of conflict without resolution I've ever had the pleasure to think about and play. I'm super excited if there's going to be a third!
I enjoyed both TLOU 1 + 2. I'd love to see a third entry. I really enjoyed the gameplay, characters and the diversity in 2. I really grew to like Abby's character and would love to see her character again. Maybe in a stand alone game? Another group of characters could be interesting though. I'm definitely up for being in that world again.

One of my all time favourites! I never expected a sequel but would have loved one.
