Xbox i think will revert to what they did during 360. Pay third party companies for exclusives or timed one like Playstation is doing today. Why invest billions on studios that cant produce games that people want, that is one of the reasons why a lot of studios will get the axe. Expect Playstation and xbox in a lot of biding wars for exclusives in a near future.
And of course they will have to stop putting games day one on gamepass, and i think they will stop doing that in 2027. We will see
