I don't understand why people are that upset. are people mad you are paying $1.60 more a month for extra games? in the article it stated that you get several ratchet and clank games on premium... no brainer I pay more I get more. but them complain when a remaster as it stated GTA is available to a lower tier and not just premium? shouldn't you be happy about that? it clearly stated that PS3 streams will only be for premium so I don't understand people being upset when that is the case. if you are comparing game pass to plus. lets look at how well Xbox exclusives are doing. oh Forza or if they buy blizzard and make COD exclusive (which is already water down every year even more when that happens because you just lost 60% of your revenue stream). while PlayStation has a bunch because they don't give out all their games for free and not make money to put into developing more high quality games. if you want game pass so much just go buy a Xbox (make sure to buy the S as all Xbox games have to meet the lower quality of the S so X games you might get better quality...might not).
