No sure how impressive a conference it would be if your prediction comes true.
Firstly, interest in VR is distinctly divided. Of course, many (like me) are already down on a pre-order, but there's no way that even half of PS4 owners are bought-in yet, or will ever be. So a chunk of the conference will be excluding them.
Similarly, any time spent on Neo will be talking about something that current PS4 owners will not want to buy unless they feel forced to. It's a tough nut to crack. The same will be true re: any Scorpio discussion across the aisle.
As to games. RDR could be a big win but will be multi-platform. COD is nothing really in terms of kudos and I guess that MS will have Battlefield 1 stitched up (a game that is garnering much more positive coverage).
Hopefully Sony will bring 3/4 new IP to bring it home.
