Street Fighter 6 may make some baffling decisions, like the latest Fighter Pass featuring artwork of characters not included in the game – but when it brings the heat, the world takes notice.
And so, you’re probably going to watch this first teaser trailer of Alex, who’s joining the roster Spring 2026.
As with most DLC additions, Capcom’s kicking things off with a cutscene from World Tour mode, in which the Dark Devil is shown kicking the absolute crap out of Final Fight’s Hugo Andore.

There’s not an enormous amount to glean from this, aside from the fact that Alex will have his thick New York accent – and even his logo is inspired by the font from Street Fighter 3: The New Generation, where he made his debut.
It looks like you can expect his fighting style to once again focus on a mixture of wrestling and, say, kickboxing – meaning he has a unique blend of speed and grappling prowess.
We’ll obviously get a better look at his gameplay later in the year.
Alex is the third addition to Street Fighter 6 of Fighting Pass 3, with both Sagat and C. Viper already available. The fourth character, Ingrid, will be added later in the year.
