Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles has a new trailer that focuses on the RPG's overarching story — and it gives us a good earful of the remaster's fully implemented English voice acting.
Tactics' immaculate script deserves quality voicework, and we're happy to report that first impressions are positive. But for what it's worth, there will be a Japanese dub option if that's more your style.
Full voice acting is just one of the remaster's numerous improvements. It's also packing new difficulty levels, an extended script, the choice between playing the original 'classic' release and the remaster, and more.

For those unfamiliar with the plot of Final Fantasy Tactics, it's a politically-charged tale that feels very grounded compared to the fantastical stories that the series is often associated with.
Plenty of fans will tell you that Tactics has one of the best, most nuanced narratives of any Final Fantasy title — mainline or otherwise — and we're tempted to agree. Here's hoping it holds up when The Ivalice Chronicles launches in just over a couple of months, on the 30th September.
