Capcom has announced the next Resident Evil Showcase will take place at some point next month, linking in with the Japanese publisher's 25th-anniversary plans. An exact date hasn't been revealed just yet and neither have any specific details so that expectations can be correctly aligned. All we know right now is that it's happening in April and that Capcom doesn't "want to spoil any surprises".
We can pretty safely assume that Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil Re:Verse will both be in attendance though, right? New gameplay clips are most likely lined up for the twosome, but besides that, your guess is as good as ours. Maybe Capcom got around to those PS4 ports of classic Resident Evil titles everyone was hoping would be a thing? You won't be able to buy them digitally as PS1 Classics in a few months time, after all.

Shadow drop the new demo of village on the night is my guess. And maybe a Lady Dimitriscu Cookbook. I hear those are all the rage right now.

Yes! I'm starved for a real Village demo this time. But let's not beat around the bush here, Revelations 3 would be the best possible announcement 😉

I'm replaying REmake 2 on hardcore since I am excited for RE8! I'm hoping there's something we can do with that necklace on the table like the Beginning hour demo!
Resident evil classic trilogy plz..
Not a huge RE fan. Honestly, I would be most excited in seeing a trailer for the new live action film coming out this fall.
I hope the PS4 demo of Village will feature actual combat.
I watched the PS5 demo on Youtube and I didn't feel like I missed out on anything at all.
I'm worried that Village will just be as boring as 7, just with more content (a longer campaign that is; RE:Verse is not my cup of tea at all - would have liked a new version of Mercenaries or Raid and not this VS c***).
I hope they will announce that RE VIII will be playable in PSVR 2.
Just read on another site that there WILL be another demo featuring action gameplay. I will decide whether to get the game or not when I've played that.
Rumors have been swirling about an RE game similar to Monster Hunter Rise in that it's made with the Switch in mind. I'm hoping they show that. If not, RE Village running on the PSVR 2 would be a cool surprise or maybe a 4K, 60 FPS update to Code Veronica with an option for a more modern control scheme.
They better reveal Resident Evil Revelations 3, Outbreak Vol 3, and finally native PS4/PS5 remakes of 0, 1, and Code Veronica.
