At the launch of the game, there is no New Game+ option in Ghost of Yotei . Having completed the campaign, you shall return to the open world just prior to the final mission. You can then continue working through optional content and side quests. However, a New Game+ option doesn't unlock. If you wanted to play through the game again, you'd need to back out to the main menu and select New Game, meaning none of your upgrades or items would carry over. The (potentially) good news, at least, is Sucker Punch could still add a New Game+ option after release. This is how it handled New Game+ in Ghost of Tsushima : roughly three months after the PS4 game launched, it added New Game+. The same could happen with Ghost of Yotei.
