How Do You Get the Platinum in Astro Bot?
The path to the Platinum in Astro Bot is pretty straightforward. The vast majority of the Trophies task you with collecting everything in the game. This primarily means tracking down All Bots and All Puzzle Pieces, though there are other things you'll need to gather too, such as (almost) all Gatcha Lab prizes. You'll get a large chunk of the Trophy list just simply playing through the game, too.
Beyond that, there are Trophies for unlocking new rooms in Crash Site, which require Puzzle Pieces to unlock. You'll also need to perform some simple additional challenges and tasks; some are in specific levels, while others are simple interactions with VIP Bots in Crash Site. We've outlined many of these below.
All in all, a pretty easy Platinum — though you will need to beat the toughest stage in the game, Great Master Challenge.
To summarise, here's a rundown of everything you'll need to do in order to get the Platinum Trophy in Astro Bot:
- Collect all Bots, including all VIP Bots
- Collect all Puzzle Pieces
- Unlock Gatcha Lab, Dual Speeder Garage, Changing Room, and Safari Park
- Unlock Photo Mode
- Collect 150 of all Gatcha Lab prizes
- Capture the golden butterfly in Apes on the Loose
- Collect all Ravens in Bot of War
- Collect all Egg Artefacts in Dude Raiding
- Beat the game by reaching and finishing PlaySquadron Go! and the subsequent boss fight
- Unlock and complete Great Master Challenge
- Complete various interactions with VIP Bots, outlined below
