Poll Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Essential Games for December 2022?
Plus or minus?
December's PS Plus Essential games have been announced, and as always, we've got three titles to scrutinise. Although to be fair, the immediate reception to December's offering has been quite positive — at least, from where we're sitting. The headline act is undoubtedly Mass Effect Legendary Edition — an excellent remastered...

Rumour Biomutant PS5 Version Discovered on PS Store Backend
It's evolving
THQ Nordic released Biomutant last year after a very prolonged development, and it had a mixed reception to say the least. Its intriguing open world filled with oddball characters and interesting combat resonated with some, but it's fair to say the game didn't quite stick the landing. Some visual glitches and hitches didn't help...
News Biomutant on PS4 Part of Sony's Free Game Trial Service This Month
Take it fur a spin
Recently, Sony very quietly introduced Game Trials. This new scheme essentially lets you play a full game for a limited period of time, after which you'll have to buy the software to continue. It's a great concept, but right now the number of titles supported is very small. However, one that might've gone under the radar is...

News Technical Issues Restrict Biomutant to Just 1080p, 60fps on PS5
4K deactivated due to stability
THQ Nordic published gameplay footage of Biomutant running on PlayStation 5 today – although it may be beginning to wish it hadn’t. The trailer starts with a disclaimer (never a good sign): “With this build, the option for native 4K on PlayStation has been disabled due to stability – and performance related...
News Get a Good Look at Biomutant's Crazy Character Creation
Fur real
Upcoming open world adventure Biomutant has us officially hyped after we recently got to see the game in action. Putting out your first-ever game as a developer is always going to be a difficult task, but when the project generates as much excitement as Biomutant has in years past, that weight of expectation must take its toll sooner or later. Swedish studio X101 finds itself in that precarious position as we close in on the release of its...

This game is great on PS5. Post apocalyptic, no humans, language is beyond human understanding (all animal noises), walking, swimming (sorta), a mech, a jet ski. Full rpg mechanics, good/evil paths and choices, option to change good/evil, tunnels, ruin dungeons. Oh and optional tribal warfare. This is some great *****. 👍🏼
