@nessisonett I found that when playing Street Fighter V, there was such a jump in difficulty when facing the bosses. You can usually spam with either projectiles or low kicks though lol. Jeez that game became such a grind to unlock skins, costumes and in game currency.

@JohnnyShoulder Honestly, Ogre in Tekken 3 is a great boss. Jinpachi in 5 really is not! A quick google shows that there is 15 years worth of frustration about him on the internet!
I can wholehearted agree with the Jinpachi hate @nessisonett... For some characters it took me like twenty minutes in the story mode in the PS2 version of Tekken 5 to get past him and his fireball spewing stomach mouth 😂
Out Run. It's an arcade racing game from 1986, where the player has to reach checkpoints before the time runs out. Played it on PS4 via the arcade in Yakuza 0. I managed to complete every stage, and reach all 5 different ending locations.
Anyway, I found it surprisingly addictive. The time limit is rather tight, so it took a lot of practice for me to get good at it. But every time I lost, I wanted to have another go and get a bit further.
Now that's done, I'll hopefully pick up pace with the main story in Yakuza 0. Poor Majima, he's been wanting to go home and rest for the last week or so, but I keep playing Out Run and doing other side quests.
Literally just wrapped up Assassin’s Creed there. Oh boy, that game has not aged magnificently. I actually did enjoy it for the most part but it falls into some issues that most games from that period did, such as the ‘everything is brown or grey’ problem. The game just kinda ends as well. Onto the second game, which I’ve heard is still probably the best one, at least out of the classic style.
@Thrillho Lol, that may well consume a lot of my time. It's a wonder how anyone ever completes the Yakuza storyline due to all the distractions from the fun side activities.
Anyway, I am loving Yakuza 0 as far. Kiryu and Majima are both great, and I'm enjoying the storyline and the over the top combat.
@JohnnyShoulder Honestly, I’ve played a couple of hours of the second game now and it’s brilliant. Such a massive step forward and the cities feel properly alive. I’m amazed to be honest, got to be one of the best sequels I’ve played in terms of pushing the mechanics of the first game forward.
@nessisonett Oh yeah the game is excellent, much improved over the first one which I gave up on before I finished it I think. Just watch out for those feathers. They are after you.

@nessisonett AC2 is the only one of the series I’ve played. I enjoyed the combat and mechanics but it was too long. It’s the first game I remember playing and being annoyed at there being yet another area.
@Kidfried I’m going to work my way through the series (at a snail’s pace probably) so it’s Brotherhood next. It’s pretty mad how much of an improvement it is over the first. I’m absolutely loving 2, it’s one of the best games I’ve played in ages which is bizarre because if you break it down, we’ve seen so many similar games since. It’s just incredibly fresh and fun with a great plot, soundtrack and setting. I’m probably going to try for 100% other than the feathers.
@nessisonett Brotherhood is probably my favourite in the entire series. Very similar to 2 except you can recruit and level-up other assassins and call them to your aid. Standing on a rooftop and calling in a team of assassins to kill a load of guards and then disappear never got old.
