@themcnoisy yeah no probs mate, from what I gather the only online specific trophy is about reviving a co-op partner… so I’m sure we’ll both end up popping that during our first sesh 🤣.
In regards to Tiny Tina… although I have the Handsome Collection, I’ve actually picked up the Tiny Tina… stand-alone as well (the extra plat was just too tempting). So, I don’t know if I’d be up for playing that content twice… depends on how much fun I’m having on the game I guess. Anyway, I look forward to making a start on it 👍
@themcnoisy Mondays are not great for me, but thanks a lot for asking.
Had to check psnprofiles to see if I'd completed Borderlands 2. I have the trophy so I must have done. Pretty easy breezy game. Best enjoyed in co-op mode IMO.
@Th3solution How are you? How's the NFL and such-watching going? How's Resi Evil 3 going? I posted to you in What Non-PS4 Games are you playing about Fable II recently, as requested, but I don't know if you saw it? @Jimmer-jammer What game(s) are you currently playing? I'm glad your kids enjoyed you stomping around the living room to Charles Lloyd and the Marvels whilst attached to your legs! sounds like great fun!. I'm currently immersed in Fable II, I just cleared out a cave of undead 'hollow men' and got "killed" by a headless hollow man boss, but, since you can't actually die in Fable II I just lost a load of xp before finally dispatching him, as the penalty for "dieing", I've done the first third of the plot now, so looking forward to completing the game in time for Elden Ring.
You may both be interested to know I'm currently enjoying my modified cricket bat guitar (neck of a guitar, body of a cricket bat) when I'm not gaming now, playing some jazz fusion on it!

@nessisonett I imagine you've finished studying now, are you working now? What are you doing with yourself? If you're still studying how's that going and how long have you got left?

@TheBrandedSwordsman Doing good, man! Finished up RE3 today actually. I really liked it. I’m probably going to play RE4 later on after a little zombie break.
I did see your post about Fable II and it sounds really fun actually. I don’t have an Xbox, but it’s one of the series that I wish I could experience. Maybe one day I’ll pick up an Xbox but my PlayStation gaming backlog is bigger than I can handle already.
And yeah, still watching some NFL and NBA off and on. It’s been an interesting year, for sure.

@TheBrandedSwordsman It’s my final year so I basically have 6 months left until I’m hopefully done. This year’s pretty intensive though so I don’t have as much time to play games!
@Jimmer-jammer The plot in Fable II is a great one. After clearing the cave of the hollow men, my character and an NPC called Hannah returned to find that the main baddie's minions had dispatched her religious abbot father, and ,after a life-long vow of non-violence, Hannah decided to change her ways to avenge her father's death and rechristened herself 'Hammer' so yeah that's one plot point for you, avoid that if you're gonna play the game in the near future. In terms of RPG features, I haven't been asked to make many significant choices thus far, I must say, but you can do things like eat red meat to put on weight or eat fish and vegetables to maintain a healthy physique, fish might earn you evil points actually as it comes from a (formerly) living creature. Or, you can sacrifice a spouse at the Altar of Shadows to earn you the ultimate evil weapon, a sword called The Maelstrom, by amassing loads of evil points through the act.
I didn't build the cricket bat guitar, I bought it on ebay for £100, then spent a further £125 on it at a guitar shop to get it working properly, as it was in rather poor condition when I bought it, but now it plays great and is in 100% working condition, the sound of the cricket bat body really carries through when I play it, and the second cheapest, an "official" cricket bat guitar on ebay was £600 and that was the second cheapest I could find on the internet, so with it costing £225 altogether it was still a massive steal/bargain and I was very pleased with that economical decision. Which guitar(s) do you own?
Interesting, by the way, about the skating and BMXing, I hope the concrete park project works out for you and hopefully you can upload some photos for us to see once it's all done and dusted.
@TheBrandedSwordsman very good thanks how are you? Working, drinking, cycling, gaming, movies, sleeping, dancing, eating, showering, cutting my hair, deficating and very occasionally getting lucky. Think that is basically my entire life 😜
@kyleforrester87 yeah good too thanks, just focusing on the guitar and gaming right now, occasionally reading too, sounds like a good 'entire life' to have.

@TheBrandedSwordsman I didn't really see or hear much about the T20 final to be honest but no-one ever wants the Aussies to win, right?
I did find out recently that some of the tickets I got for the T20 in the Commonwealth games next year includes Eng vs NZ but I'm struggling to get the time off work!
@Jimmer-jammer It feels pretty light so I think it's hollowed-out, the sound is definitely very singular, it's a great guitar. Good luck with the potential documentary, I'd love to see it if it all comes together in a couple years.

Random question here, but I am curious since there was some related discussion on another thread —
Has anyone tried to “downgrade” a PS5 version of a game and play it on your PS4? I’m assuming there’s no way to do it but I was wondering. Most cross-gen games are purchased as “PS4 and PS5” versions on the PSN, so buying the digital version of a game grants you the ability to download it on your console of choice. However if you buy physical, then you’re buying either one or the other and then have to do the whole “put your PS4 disc in the PS5 and make sure to download the PS5 version separately from the store” thing. But doing the opposite doesn’t work, as far as I know — so buying the PS5 version doesn’t mean you can put it in your PS4 and download the lower version to play on old hardware. It’s a bit unfair, and so I guess this is where SmartDelivery comes into play.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone found a workaround for this theoretical issue. For example, I own the PS5 version of Miles Morales and so I won’t have the option to play it on my PS4 (I don’t see an instance where I ever would, but still… maybe my PS5 breaks one day or something) but I recently bought the PS4 disc of Guardians of the Galaxy because it was cheaper and it’s strangely comforting to know I have the option either way, if for some cooky reason I want to play it on my older system.
Its just a weird and nonsensical situation where a cheaper version gives you more options.
