Well, the previous version of this topic over in the PS4um was created a couple weeks before launch, so I figured it was about time we got an equivalent up and running here.

Earlier today, I indulged my OCD and placed pre-orders for physical copies of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, Hitman III Deluxe Edition and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Carbonite Edition. By the time I have all three in late spring, I might even have a console to play them on.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition and Hitman III. I don’t think there’s much else with definitive release dates that I’m interested in at the moment.
I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 something like 18 months ago, but that is released the same day as ps5 in the UK and I'm treating it like a launch game. I've also pre-ordered Demon Souls.

@JohnnyShoulder I am planning on pre-ordering Demon's Souls next week, really looking forward to getting my hands on it and beginning a new Guts build.

@JohnnyShoulder I did play the original, beat the first boss, experimented a little with the other levels then gave up. I could have used a guide but I'm hoping the Remake will be an experience that I commit to. I did not get a PS5 pre-order in the end, so I may be waiting a while to play it unfortunately, unless I go digital. Did you get one?

@Octane But is it the PlayStation5 or the PlayStation 5? I don’t think we’ve heard Sony’s final stance on this. I mean, hey - they let us call the cross button the X button for 20 years before they corrected us.
I have bought 3 PS5 games. Demon Souls, Sackboy: A Big Adventure and Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Those 3 and Astro's Playroom should keep me busy for a while.
@Octane Legitimately didn't realise this was a matter of contention! Been skipping the space for all PlayStation consoles since the PS2 (when I believe the Official UK PlayStation Magazine did the same; must be where I picked up the habit from).
I mean, Sony started it by capitalising the S in the brand's own name! Otherwise we'd all be going around calling it the "Sony. Play. Station. Five."
