@Th3solution Nah it was the digital version with an extra controller and the headphones, which I didn't really want, so I cancelled it when I nabbed a disk version.
My dad won't get one for about a year to 18 months. He says he won't until I reccomend it, but he will do it when he is good and ready. He may get one a bit earlier seeing as he can play his ps4 games on it. I'm not sure Cyberpunk is for him or not, might be too complicated for him. He doesn't really pay much attention to what is happening in video game world. I did share him trailers of stuff like Horizon FW, but he was asking me about what PS5 games had been announced the next time I spoke to him. 🙄

I just kind of backed into my PS4 at launch. It wasn’t a big deal, really. I just went to GameStop a few weeks ahead of release and paid for it to reserve one and then went at midnight to pick it up. They had numbers on the receipt and called you in order and everyone has their box in about 15 minutes.
@TheFrenchiestFry Yeah, the review basically confirmed what I suspected - that it was essentially the same game as Spider-Man 2018 but seen through a more interesting lens. It’s the Easter eggs I loved about the first one that elevated it beyond a somewhat by-the-numbers structure so if this game packs as many nods to the comics as possible then I’ll probably enjoy it.
He doesn’t talk about graphics quality, but really feels like XSX has more sparse trees in the background (e.g. at the end on the boat), and the PS5 has more detailed textures at range. Will be interesting when DF looks at it.

A little question about using avatar on PS5.
By default, without downloading anything, can i not using any avatar logo, just keep it smiley face icon ?
Can i erase other avatar logo ?
@TheFrenchiestFry I bought Nioh 2 last month. At least it’s a free upgrade cause I would have been... not pleased if I had to pay for a remaster of a game not even a year old.
According to IGN, a download queue bug don't let you download, cancel and redownloaded a game you have just bought. The only solution seems to be a factory reset... Nice. Any news?
Has anyone tried to use thumbstick covers on the dualsense controller? My DS4’s all had the rubber tear off eventually, and got slippy as my hands got sweaty so I started to like the covers - but I wasn’t sure if it would dampen any of the haptics or whatnot.
@Mega-Gazz I haven't used them, but you should be fine. The haptics don't really come through the analog sticks. They are implemented throughout the controller's body.
